Our Story
Started on a Farm.
Grown into a Full-Service Supply House.
Express Sign Supply was founded in 2001 by Art and Ange Litwiller on their chicken farm outside of Murray, Kentucky. The idea was simple: bring professional-grade sign supplies closer to the sign makers who needed them.
Getting started wasn't done alone; Ange's brother, Lance Giesbrecht, who had already built Express Sign Products, a successful sign supply operation in Canada, helped lay the groundwork — lending industry knowledge and supplier relationships that gave Express Sign Supply a running start.
Today we serve customers across the Eastern United States, supported by distribution points in Virginia and Florida.
The Beginning
Art and Ange Litwiller launch Express Sign Supply from their farm near Murray, KY, with a focus on serving smaller, independent sign shops in the region — and with help from Ange's brother's Canadian sign supply operation.
Family Growth
The business expanded steadily as several of Art and Ange's children joined the operation. Their oldest son Todd eventually took over day-to-day management and extended into new categories: crafter's vinyl, adhesive supply, trade printing, and real estate signage.
New Ownership, Same Roots
Art and Ange's nephews Mike and Mark acquired the business, bringing renewed focus on product depth, in-house manufacturing, and expanding the supplier network. The Litwiller family legacy continues — now with a new chapter.

Express Sign Supply is owned and operated by Mike and Mark — cousins of the founding Litwiller family — who took over in 2025. They're hands-on, easy to reach, and genuinely invested in making sure you have what you need to do your best work.
